ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰ ਰਾਜਿੰਦਰਾ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ 1954 ਵਿੱਚ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਇਹ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਕਾਲਜ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਰਾਜਿੰਦਰਾ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡਾ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਹੈ। ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਮਰੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਰਜਰੀ, ਅਲਟਰਾਸੋਨੋਗ੍ਰਾਫੀ, ਪ੍ਰਸੂਤੀ, ਰੇਡੀਓਥੈਰੇਪੀ ਅਤੇ ਪਲਾਸਟਿਕ ਸਰਜਰੀ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਸਟਾਫ ਹੈ। ਮਾਤਾ ਕੌਸ਼ਲਿਆ ਦੇਵੀ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਜੋ ਕਿ 1890 ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਲੇਡੀ ਡਫਰਿਨ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਰਾਜਿੰਦਰਾ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।

1954 ਵਿੱਚ, ਰਾਜਿੰਦਰਾ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ 900 ਬਿਸਤਰਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਹੈ। ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਜਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਵੀਨਤਮ ਉਪਕਰਣ ਅਤੇ ਉਪਕਰਣ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਮਰੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਇਲਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਦਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੋ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਲੈਕਚਰ ਥੀਏਟਰ ਹਨ। ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਡੀਓ ਵਿਜ਼ੂਅਲ ਏਡਜ਼ ਅਤੇ ਐਪੀਡੀਆਸਕੋਪ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਹਨ।
